The 'Sustainable Leadership in Healthcare Program; An Aristotelian Model' is offered by the prestigious Center for Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with CAVE. The program combines the field experience and scientific expertise of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the anthropocentric CAVE model of sustainable leadership to offer heatlhcare professionals a comprehensive framework to develop as sustainable leaders.
The mastering 8 month program, is the first sustainable leadership program worldwide that is grounded in Aristotelian virtues, seamlessly integrating professional excellence, personal well-being, and sustainability.
It is designed for graduates of medical schools and related fields, healthcare professionals, and postgraduate students pursuing degrees in medical, dental, and nursing schools. Its delivery is conducted by eminent professors and professionals from the market.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Specialized training by the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (CCE/KEDIVIM of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
